Why is it you disabled stuff like HTML and the [img] tag in forums postings? I think it would be a little more fun if we were able to use them.

You can use the <img> tag. Look at this page for more information.

Ah, well, it was disabled for a time. Seriously. I know how to do it, but the code listing said it was disabled.

When you post a new message. It says that the Tag is On. Look beside the Smilies and vB code links on the top of the forum.

    You mean this part?

Posts: HTML code is OFF. Smilies are ON. vB code is ON. [IMG] code is OFF.
It's also on the top of the page when you reply or post a new question...Here it says that it is off, but sometimes it says that it is On.

The [ img ] code is on in this forum because a while ago people were working on some graphics for this forum. However, it is not on in other forums, because it is not deemed neccessary. HTML is disable everywhere because it would be possible to include malicious Javascript or applets in the posts otherwise.

Oh, that makes sense. And I thought VB Code was just made up because someone got very bored.
