Formatting text in the forum

I must be missing it, but I can't find the link to the page that describes how to format text in forum threads (bold, italic, Quote, Code, etc...)

Yes there is. When you post a new message you should see it above the Post Reply text and below the vBulletin logo.

It's listed under the Fourm Rules heading.
