Arrg. J++. Evil surrounds and consumes us all! Stay away. MS destroyed java with this useless piece of crap! Never heard of J#, so can't help you on that point.

J# is Java, but only in the context of the MS J# compiler, which compiles to .NET bytecode instead of Java bytecode.
It's ridiculous really. C# has nearly the same syntax (replace all "import" by "using" and you're there), just a different library, yet MS needs to do a J# which is by no means different. (Don't know whether J# uses the .NET CLR or the Java class library, probably the CLR)

Don't learn J#. It's only a transitional language created to lure Java programmers into the .NET framework.
