I understand how to use MAPI in VB to do mail.
I understand how to use the command

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\outlook.exe /a (Filename) - to start outlook from the dos prompt. What i want to know is if anyone out there knows how to start outlook from the dos and pass it the subject and body.

I know this works:
mailto:[email protected]?subject=Hello%20World&body=Part%20Name%20Rev

but i want to use the path C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\outlook.exe and then the command line to pass the subject and body and person that is is going to.
