Creating EMail accounts on exchange server 5.5 via VB

I want to create email accounts on exchange server 5.5
by using VB,can any body help me as to how to do this.
if any third party library or ActiveX control is avaiable
then please inform me as soon as possible.
i am trying to use the CDONTS Library or MAPI control
but these are client tools for exchange server
they can't perform administrative tasks on exchange server
if there is a way to perform administration from CDONTS or
MAPI Controls then plz inform me.

I'm not sure if you can do it using MAPI or CDONTS, but I know it can be done using ADSI (Active Directory 'Something' Interface?)
