I have an OCX that was given to my department from a third party vendor. This OCX allows me to extract an image from their propriatary database. It has no functionality however to export the image to a file. It provides a view only. Is there a way using the API that I could take a snapshot of the control's image and then export the image as a jpeg or bitmap? I know I could provide the upper left and bottom right coordinates of the image on the form if I had to.
Im a database programmer and not very familiar with graphics. I know bitblt has this type of capability but I have never used it. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.
