well, if someone knows how to lock a file or all files of folder,, or drives (c:, d: etc) in win98

using ActiveX , API,, any,,
---> but once locked file shouldn't open from dos tooo

so,, it some knows to write such a method that disallow once locked file,, and also a method to unlock it
then plsssssss help me soon

hi,
my suggest is very simple, u can open the file and tha't it. now the file is locked because u opened it. and unless u close it, it's locked.
