Installing PHP on PWS
I'm having a bit of trouble installing PHP in Internet Explorer onto my Personal Webserver in Windows 98. I went through the simple Install file but I keep getting Error 403.1. Can anybody tell me what this means and how do I fix it?

you don't install php into IE, you are installing it for teh PWS you installed. personally I would use Apache before I used PWS. but you can go here for Tutorials

true dat
I would use apache too...
I use apache for linux... but I set up my friends winblowz box so that it ran apache /w PHP and a mySQL Database.
I spent allot of time looking up doc.s though because there were allot of config file changes I had to do manually. That is probably what is hanging you up too. If I were you I would look at your installation documentation and especially look for troubleshooting hints.
hope that helps,
