Repairing wrong displayed Icons in VB

How can I Actualize Explorer Icons in VB? (If I change the Shortcut arrow, Explorer does'nt apply it even if I restart the PC...)

How can I force Windows to actualize??

To Remove those little Shortcut Arrows from all the Icons, make these Registry Modifications:

Remove the value: IsShortcut From the Keys..

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\lnkfile
and
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\piffile

Then Reboot.

EVen if I change HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\windows\currentVersion\Explorer\Shell Icons\29
Windows does'nt apply it!!
