    How do I get VB6SP3 to connect to Access2000 databases? I selected DAO 3.6 reference in VB but it still won't work. Anything special I have to do?

    Is DAO you connection method of choice, you can cds:

    ADO connection String - 1. With DSN. 2. Full connection string 3. Use Data environment + Driver.

    Try using DAO 4.0. Mind you, DAO 4.0 is quite buggy.
