Insane Utility

Yo!

I am making.... well planing a Utility thing for creating cars for insane (It's a driving game and i know f*** all about it) - I am doing this with a friend, he likes insane and make cars with other utilitys available. I am doing the programming and he is telling me what to do basically but we have a problem: He doesn't know how the files are contrustected and all the details of the files types etc. because he just uses other people utilitys. What i am looking for is perhaps some one who knows a lot about Insane (www.insaneheat.com) and how you make cars to help us! Thanks!

Insane is an Off Road Racing game and i think that www.insaneheat.com is the website but i could be wrong ( it,s my friend that is in to it - i am just programming)

I don't know the first thing about 3d modeling, if that's what it sounds like you're talking about.

Not just 3d moddellin. I think i can handle that part, i am looking for someone who knows a lot about files and editing them. Also someone who can figure outn how files are encrypted, if you knwo what i mean - like how .bmps work for example and how data is stored in them.
