    setting up smtp server on win2k

    hey i hav win2k and i wanna set up the smtp server how do i do this?????

    its in the Internet Services Manager and i dunno i have to do to get it to work
    i telneted to it and it went though the proccess but it just put the files in c:\inetpub\mailroot\queue folder
    how do i get them to be delivered
