    Application launch with arguments.

    PHP Code:
    WinExec("C:/WINDOWS/System32/nbtstat.exe -A " + User Inputed IP, SW_NORMAL); 
    Here's the deal.. I can't seem to figure out how to add the user inputed IP right there where I need it and it's pissing me off.. argh!
