    Does anyone know how to create new database using ADO control (or objects)?

    Check out the ADOX control ("Microsoft ADO Ext. 2.1 for DDL and Security" under "References..."). If you don't have it, upgrade to the newest MDAC from Microsoft (http://www.microsoft.com/data/).
