In a database that runs xtab queries to produce reports, when designing the reports, Access runs the source query whenever we try to delete a control or source a textbox.
As the background query takes a good while to run, this is becoming overly time-consuming. Is there a way to stop the query running at such times other than removing the report's recordsource?
