    Can anyone help me out with these querstions? I don't have VB at home so I can't test if my code would work.

    6. The following table entitled "company.dbf" pertains to the following questions:

    ID Number Org Join Date Type
    1001 IRM Systems 01/01/1996 M
    1017 ABC Inc. 06/19/1999 L
    1213 Food Lion 09/22/1999 M
    1601 Abacus Design 08/22/1998 M
    1119 Zenith TV Repair 06/12/1987 L
    1017 Pizza King 01/19/1997 M

    a) Write a Select statement that selects the companies whose Type is "M" and who have joined in the last five years and place the result in an array. Today's date is 05/01/2000.


    b) Write a Select statement that selects the companies who do not have unique ID Number and place the results in an array.





    7. The following table entitled "people.dbf" pertains to the following questions:
    ID Number Contact Person
    3001 Mr. J. Smith
    3100 Jane Jones
    1901 John Doe, Esq.
    1081 Carl M. Thompson
    1902 Miss Sally M. Tappert

    a) Write the algorithm that would breakout the contents of people.dbf and place it in a table entitled "contacts.dbf" whose structure is:
    Field Usage
    ID Number Unique identifier for each person
    Prefix Characters appearing before the person's first name
    Fname The person's first name
    Initial The person's middle initial
    Lname The person's last name
    Suffix Characters appearing after the person's last name
    Please provide your answer on the attached sheet.

    You don't need VB to test this, all you need is Access or some other DBMS. I'm sure your teacher would understand.

    shame on you, getting people to do your homework.
