I am currently considering taking the Microsoft MCP in "Designing and Implementing DataWarehousing with MS SQL Server 7" (Code 70-019)

And as it is well known that the manuals suggested by Microsoft are not the most comprehensive I was wondering if anybody had any suggestions for study material. Even any info about transenders would be helpful.
