Hi, can anybody help me

I have a project with

- MDI form
- Childform1 with treeview and listview controls
- Childfrorm2....3....4....5....6.....etc.

The Childform1 must be always on vbMaximized,
but when I show any other Child form, Childform1 is minimized.

Can anybody tell me how fix it
