how to display the full text for combo box list item

I have no space to put a wider combox box in my form, but I want to dispaly staff_id + last_name + first_name list.
when I do that, the combo box list just show part of the text. I do not know if any way that I can let all the text diplayed but not change the combox width.

This is one of the limitation of a Data combo. btw you can use a third party sofware that you can
view a multi-column that does not affect the width of Data combo. I suggest that you can look to this tool(control) to support your needs, we already use in our system and it helps the user a view all the necessary Info. ...
