Here is the problem:

I try to install the sql server desk top and the install is not successful. and I gave up.
then resume my visual basic programming. I found out the data view is not working
anymore, whenever I try to click the node of the datalink and type the password, I got the
following error message:

unable to establisha connection
Please ensure that connection properties for 'data link1' are correct and that
the source is avaible
mathod '~' of object '~' failed

I try to build another data link and everything is ok and I got the
"test connection successed", but when I click the node of the datalink and type in the password,
I got that same error message again!

Anybody know How to solve the problem? Any help is greatly appreciated, Thanks a lot
