The Borland Free compiler's dos.h does not have the union regs declaration, it is only found in TC's dos.h
Anyway, turbo C++ 3.0 is very old. 1992 I think.

A similar union is also found in dos.h of DJGPP. Basically you will only find it in 16-bit compiler's libraries.
