scrolling a picture
how do i scroll a map for different place according to what is clicked. For example, Rome is set to the center of the map. When Italy is click the map will scroll. The paintpicture method must be used.

Good Ol' Platypus
Get where they clicked and subtract the MiddleX from the ClickX, and the MiddleY from the ClickY. Then, add those amounts to the offset of the picture.
