How to set Desktop wallpaper to None?

How to set Screensaver to None?

How to set Screensaver to 3D Text with "wait 5 mins and on resume Password protect"?

How to set Power Options -> Turn Off Monitor After 10 Mins

I'm afraid I don't know how to do any of those.
The only thing I can help you with is if you want to turn off the monitor programmatically, in which case you can use the code sample found here > http://www.Planet-Source-Code.com/vb...56393&lngWId=1
