Help making bingo games

I need some help making 2 different bingo games. 1 of them has been started in VB6. I need someone to make some graphics for the game and help code the networking/multplayer support for the game and 1 other image feature in the game.

The other bingo game hasn't been started but I do have ideas on how I want the game to work. This game can either be coded in VB6 or VB.Net 2003 or 2005. I need help in a lot of areas for this game. This bingo game will kind of be like an casino/adventure/rpg type game. I'm wanting to make a game where a person walks around to different building locations. Kind of a cross between The Sims and Casino game.

If anybody can help me out with either game, please let me know. I really would appreciate the help.
