    Export word 2003 to Excel 2003

    Hi
    I need to export word documents to Excel. As per attached documents.I just copied data from word to excel every thing works fine.Until i come across attached data.
    Seq no 1000: and 1001

    Method data comes under Sname

    Seq no 1002

    End data comes under SName and Baseplate data comes under ID

    How can is preserve the columns while pasting data to Excel
