It isn't a skin, it's bad to the bone. A forum upgrade ended up with a few issues that are being resolved. Once that happens, performance should return to normal.

on many time(more or less) to "SP1(Service Pack 1)"?

I have had issue #1 for a year or more. I always assumed that it was just my browser, and never bothered looking into it.
As for #2: I totally agree. That's the most vexing problem with the forum right now, and is entirely a result of that forum upgrade. It wasn't a service pack, either, but a full version upgrade. There's a much more lengthy discussion of related issues going on here.

Me too but I put it down to Myopia. Might be worth chucking Brad's way at some point but I guess they've got bigger fish to fry at the moment. Mako sized fish, in fact.
