    Question Help needed - With Practice

    I need help with asp practice.. Just a code to make the attached picture
    What will this code look like. Please kindly refer to attachment
    I need to calculate sum of every 2nd number when user inputs a range of numbers in text box
    I dont need the html part, just the code for calculating this in asp (regular) ..not .net
