VWD 2012 "Show Table Data" missing

When i right click on a table in database explorer i do not get the option to "show table data" the way i have in every other previous version. Has anyone else seen this? Is it in a new place?

Tried several things, still no resolution. I can connect to another SQL server and the vwd database manager allows me to see the options to create tables and show table data. If I create a local database (sdf) i get all of the expected functionality as well. However, i cannot seem to get these functions to even show up in the right click menu when using an sqlexpress instance database. (mdf)

In conjunction with installing VWD 2012 i also unisntalled SQL Express 2010 and installed SQL Express 2012. I have since done a repair and still no luck. All options are enabled (shared, named, tcp/ip). Can anyone think of anything else for me to try? I really would like to get this working without an OS reload.

I have yet to install VS 2012, so I can't be of any direct help here, and I can't think of anything specific to try.
