how to select one record in datagrid? and view to the datareport...

Hi... I am using vb6.0 i have a database access and i am viewing the record in the DataGrid. My problem is how to select one record and print to the Datareport Can you please help me...I'm gonna attach my screenshot to my DataGird bellow..
