if is, always, '1', how i know that from frame #1 to frame#2 isn't changed?
these example have 5 frames:
0 - normal frame;
1 - need the last one for be completed;
2 and 3 - new frames(it's completed, don't need the last frame);
4 and 5 - need the last frame.
