This is just the default web site generated by visual studio. File > New > Web Site.
It's more than just not being able to see the CSS file. When I navigate to localhost:8079, I should see the default.aspx page. I am redirected to http://localhost:8079/Account/Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2f instead.
