IE Navigation Bar Issue
Ive got s simple css dropdown navigation bar, works fine on all browsers except Internet Explorer. When I load the website it only displays the text links of the navbar, no background image, no drop down menu. But when I navigation to another page the menu then displays correctly, but each time I go back to the index it does the same thing all over again.
Hate IE with a passion.

Re: IE Navigation Bar Issue
@Mr.Joker: There are several people still using IE6(that comes with WinXP).
Even when I visited a top newspaper's head office, a reporter is using IE6 to browse the sites.

Exactly, you still need to develop for all browsers, regardless of how many uses them.

Re: IE Navigation Bar Issue
sounds like the CSS isn't being loaded correctly...
@Joker - that's a fine and dandy attitude... if you can get away with it, that's great and more power to you. Unfortunately there are some of us that have to live with the reality that is IE... we have to plan for it. In the Enterprise world, IE is very much a reality.

Re: IE Navigation Bar Issue
One day at home i accidentally opened a page with IE, then i was scared, probably pissed my pants, closed IE and sat on a corner bursting into tears and watched Desperate Housewives episode 17.
After that i don't get very close to my PC, at least not on that time of the day that IE accidentally opened.I'm still afraid, confused, on a diet(not) and scared.
