How can I get my application to install using inno installer when the logged in user isn't a administrator.

This doesn't actually have anything specific to do with VB.NET development so it doesn't belong in this forum. If you were to need to ask this question it would belong in the Deployment forum.
EDIT: Removed some of that post. Had a different question in my head from a previous thread. I'll ask the mods to move this thread to the appropriate forum.

Sorry, yes wrong forum.
I want to be able to install my application and the .net framework 4.0 without being an administrator. How can I do this?
