Chuy Rodriguez? I don't remember specific episodes too well, but I remember the chicken costume one was one of the dumbest episodes.
Actually the entire invader zim show was kinda dumb, they pushed the mentally disturbing undertone too much & I was surprised it aired on a kid's tv channel at all.
