tips on beginner for C#
I am the type of person that loves to learn new things. I'm a current server/network engineer and everyone is telling me if you want to learn code that C# is the way to go. What books do you guys recommend reading up on? etc? Thanks

Re: tips on beginner for C#
If you're the type that likes to read a book then that's fine but there are so many resources on the web it is probably not really necessary. You can learn the basics from somewhere like this:
http://www.homeandlearn.co.uk/csharp/csharp.html
and then look for more specific resources later on when you know what you're looking for. That might be books on specific subjects rather than just C# in general or it may be MSDN and/or other web sites.

Think of a little project that you can work on. One that you know will push you.
