    Post Smart Card Programming

    What good source can you suggest to study smart card programming in a step by step tutorial? Please help. I want to find a good resource material where I can study how to program using smart card and smart card reader; whether it be a from an online tutorial or a book. It will be much better if the programming language being used is in Visual Basic 2008 or 2010 but I can still accept any resource materials that you can suggest for me to study. Thank you in advance.

    Although not exactly what you asked but this component looks promising and apparently works with various porogramming languages.
