Had a chunk of code for years now which is not doing what it used to do with combo lists.
It is meant to fill a combo box from an array and deal with the column widths. It had been until today when I am doing stuff with it and the widths aren't changing. In combos. In listboxes the code works the way it should.
I have attached a pic - minus data.
The dividor line should be way more to the right.
I changed the drop list to be bigger than the combo and that has a gap instead of filling it.
Yet the same code works fine in a list box.
Has MS fixed 'something' recently..?
Coding is convaluted and a mash of older code plus stuff found online from MS site. I've put it all in a class which i then call.
If you have come across this and know of a fix - I would be grateful.
If your fix is to stop coding in Access, although I will acknowledge you are right, I wont be as gratef ul

Nope. Tried that. I remembered that before I could use that to force it to what I wanted. But it looks like the code some how overrides it but still doesn't get it right.
