    Hort & Vert Newly Designed ScrollBars!!

    The thing that is with these, ScrollBars. Is that they are double faced. This means that they have four buttons, on each of the scroll bars. And that you are able to use either one to move around the Form, PictureBox, Frame or even another Control Container of somewhat in COM or vb.NET.

    Now I am going to have to have VB6 (COM) and vb.NET end-users, test out the program for me. Also seeing that VC++ is compatiable with COM and etc. Then I am letting them use it too, or even test it for now. Until there has been enought testing and fixing up the problems and bugs in the source code.
