Remove HTML ads -- something that could be a new Firefox add-on
So I was experimenting one day and I found that one can dynamically comment out a piece of code. This would really make a useful Firefox add-on (especially for those CPALead surveys, which I just cannot seem to push out of my way). Which makes a pretty interesting project. Especially because with each reported circumvention would come a new plug-in that stops it. Whatdoya think?

Adblock plus already does that.
My default browser setup includes the noscript and cookiesafe extensions. These work on a white list basis and require that you manually authorize each domain for cookies and Javascripts. Interestingly, this has the healthy side affect of omitting those annoying flash ads and puts pay to third party tracking cookies. Both of which could be shown to violate civil liberties in some way.
