    My crazy laptop.

Ive a toshiba laptop that after about 5 mins of use asks for a Graphic Driver, saying its either missing or corrupt. After this message the Graphics go blur. About five xtra minutes later, the whole laptop then freezes and is left half dead. Ive tried to install the needed graphic driver to no avail. Ive even used numerous recovery CD's whereby none of them have NEVER completed. What can be the matter. Thanks

If this is a new laptop, the Graphic Card might be defective. If not you might want to wipe the system clean and start over.

Be a faulty Graphics card, what relationship would that have with the rest of the system whereby Ive not been able to clean it up completely or complete any recovery process whereby they all freeze halfway through ? Thanks

Well I have a Dell that i bought last year. When i started it up it would load windows then the screen would go blurry and the whole PC would freeze. After going throught several grooling sessions with Dell Tech support (and formating my machine several times) it turned to be a defective graphics card. I was suggesting that you format your machine, cause your card/drivers may have been corupted somehow...

Could also be a virus. Is the laptop still under warranty? Can you reinstall Windows without losing too much?
The most difficult part of developing a program is understanding the problem.
The second most difficult part is deciding how you're going to solve the problem.
Actually writing the program (translating your solution into some computer language) is the easiest part.

Then I will give that a try, if only the crazy laptop will let me get to the end.
