    How to Register DBGrid in VB6.0

    When runing an Application developed in VB 5.0 on VB 6.0 , I got following error:

    Run time error '429' :
    License Information for this component not found.You do not have an appropriate license to use this functionality in the design environment.

    The problem is related to DBGrid32.ocx, Because it is not available with VB 6.0
    I searched this file on Installation CD, but could not find.

    Can any body send/help to find DBgrid32.ocx and vbctrls.reg files?
    I desperately need these files.

    First Thanks for promt responding.
    Even after dowloading and registring Dbgrid32.ocx, The Licensing problem persist. I think vbctrls.reg file is required for proper registring.Give the link for vbctrls.reg or provide some alternative solution.
