I'm using MS Outlook 2003 my problem is that whenever I try to open HTML attachments from one of my emails it sends out an error
Can't create file: Worklog Query for Vendors.HTML. Right Click the Folder you want to create the file in, and then click properties on the shortcut menu to check your permissions for the folder.
I tried the properties of my inbox folder but I cannot find any folder permission settings

Reason: Resolved
Did you try to repair it with the Office CD? That's where I would start.

That's just what I'm doing and causing that message to come out. Recently I tried to open the HTML Attachment on another computer using Outlook and it opened I'm really confused here ....
Could it be that the email attachment itself is corrupt? The same email opened on another system. How about other HML attachments on other emails? Do they open?

Sorry for the late reply .... All of the other attachments like xls,doc and jpg is opening except for the HTML ones. The same happens also on the other emails.
