Problem with MsAccess!!!!!
Hello Everybody,
I hava a User with OS WINXP And MSACCESS7,
The problem is that he can't make new table nor query etc.
I need to know if their is a dll missing or something like that.
please HELP this is Urgent!!!

How is he trying to create new tables? With SQL or with the access application itself? Error messages? More info please

Thank you for your reply,
The problem i think was that he had WIN+OFFICE XP
and maybe there is a problem with msaccess97 when opening it with xp.

that could be one reason try saving the database from office xp as access 97 format ,and as MrNorth said please provide more details ,thanks

That would be the problem. I use Access 2000, but have to convert the db when using an Access 97 db. Otherwise I can open it, but not work in it.

this info and make sure that the database is not locked and as you said .have you tried opeaning it in office xp ? because as u said earlier access 97 can not create tables in a database created in access xp .
