I'm planning to open a project at Freelancer but I think first I can ask here and find someone who will help me in the future. I would like to ask you 2 questions:

1. Is there a person who easily can create a Vb.Net application from the Vb 6 code and improve it?
2. I'm looking for a programmer who knows very well VB 6+ Vb.Net for long term partnership....
