Hi
I made an app that saves the password on win directory and it works fine under XP but it wont work under Vista.

Im not sure cos I lost the source code but I strongly suspect that its related
to the privileges associated to the EXE file by the OS.

I checked all privileges on the menu on Vista and the only one that was greyed and "untouchable" was the "special privileges" so I guess it may be the one that still blocks my app...

So, my question is: what exactly does this "special permission" allows/blocks ?
