Re: [serious!!!] Draw over video
Its only serious because you've only just this second renamed the thread.
If you expect a serious answer then post in a serious forum. What language are you using and what sort of video are you talking about? Is it running in a captive player or in another windows entirely? What operating system are you using. Is it DVD video or GIF? Do you want to permanently add the arrow to the video data or just at runtime?
In other words, we need more info.

Re: [serious!!!] Draw over video
Don't document code, code to documentation. Documentation is easier to alter than code.
That's not grammatically correct. Let's begin with the statement, "Don't document code, code to documentation." In the context you are using it, 'document' is a verb. Documentation, on the other hand, is a noun. By placing 'to' in front of a verb, you form a verb phrase that can be used to express subject-less present tense . This can not be done with a noun however. To correct this, you need to replace 'documentation' with 'document'. The second sentance also has issues. When combined with the first sentance, I simply have absolutly no idea what you mean. Fix it.
