I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. Please elaborate in as many words as possible to explain the problem.

Presumably this relates to machine intelligence, artificial vision and image recognition.

If you are using Mvtec Halcon it pretty much does everything out of the box and their support is good - although it helps if you speak German if you phone them. We have done some work with Halcon (I was not personally involved) and it interfaces well with VB6 via ActiveX
