    building a Time sheet

    Hi All:
    I am trying to build a Payroll Time sheet application in Excel and I need it to do the following:
    1. It needs to be able to take data in one column and add it to a cumulative total for that associated billing code that will be determined by a drop down menu.
    2. It needs to be able keep a running total of the time that will be charged to each code for that day.
    3. I need to be able to clear the daily time sheet and store the data for that day on a secondary sheet.
    I am attaching a spreadsheet that explains the desired product.
    Any help would be appreciated
