    PowerPoint connector line won't hide when textbox is invisible

    Hi,

    So I'm very new at programming so basically I have a very dumb question but I'm stuck and need help.

    I'm working on a PowerPoint Project where I have a combobox and 2 textboxes. When I choose "1" in the combobox I want TextBox1 to be invisible. I worked out a code that does exactly that but my textboxes have connection lines to a rectangular shape, so when the textbox is invisible the line still shows.

    Here is the code I have now:

    Code:
    Private Sub ComboBox1_GotFocus()
    If ComboBox1.ListCount = 0 Then AddDropDownItems
    End Sub

    Sub AddDropDownItems ()
    ComboBox1.AddItems "1"
    ComboBox1.AddItems "2"
    ComboBox1.AddItems "3"
    ComboBox1.ListRows = 3
    End Sub

    Private Sub ComboBox1_Click()
    If ComboBox1.Text = "1" Then
    TextBox1.Visible = False
    Else
    TextBox1.Visible = True
    End if
    See Picture to understand what I Mean with connector lines.

    I am assuming that the "connector" line is just a shape. If that is the case, you would just hide the associated shape as well as the text box. The only issue you would have is knowing which shape is the line that goes with the text box.
