[RESOLVED] Another VB6 question for win 10
I previously had a lot of help in how to install VB6 on WIN 10. Now I need info on what I need to put on a WIN 10 OS so I can execute VB6 programs created on another computer.
Thanks

Re: Another VB6 question for win 10
Nothing, unless you're using some ActiveX OCX and/or DLL files. And, in that case, you'll have to register those ActiveX components, which a good installer typically does for you. If you're not using any ActiveX OCX and/or DLL files, a VB6 compiled program is fully portable with respect to Windows 10.
EDIT1: Well, I guess that also assumes you're not using any "third-party standard DLL files". If you are using those, you'll have to carry those with you, but they shouldn't need to be registered.
